Apply conventional and non-conventional methods, particularly in remote areas. Trace surviving spouses, guardians of minors, and next-of-kin contacts. Provide timely reports on tracing progress. Validate information on traced individuals with focus on data quality. Attend national or local meetings as required.

Our main is to trace and find Fund members, pensioners and beneficiaries of unclaimed benefits.
- Nationally trace and find members, pensioners and beneficiaries or dependents; Trace beneficiaries using previous addresses or telephone numbers on databases as a starting point
- Apply conventional methods via tracing through systems & technology to trace beneficiaries
- Attend national/or local meetings as and when required.
- Apply non-conventional means to trace beneficiaries particularly in rural areas or remote areas
- Trace surviving spouses through linking of individuals; trace guardians of minor dependents/beneficiaries and or solicit the next-of-kins contact details and address
- Validate information on traced Fund members, pensioners and beneficiaries/dependents with full coverage on aspects of data quality.
- Provide timely reporting to Funds on the progress with regard to tracing of Fund members and beneficiaries/dependents.
